Identify, engage, and pipeline exceptional talent, especially diverse and highly technical candidates across engineering, machine learning, product, and GTM-adjacent technical roles. Create and execute diversity-centered sourcing strategies to reach underrepresented groups in tech. Conduct first-round phone screens to assess skills, level, interest, and alignment with Rasa.

Manage and scale new hire onboarding, automating and standardizing key learning & development processes, and collecting, analyzing and using data to continuously improve how we support growth across engineering, product and design teams. Refine Vanta’s EPD onboarding and continuous training programs to ensure new hires have the right resources throughout their ramp process.

As part of Hostinger’s affiliate marketing team, you’ll drive the growth and optimization of their affiliate program in the DACH and Benelux regions. You’ll collaborate with regional marketing, product, and data teams to scale partnerships, enhance performance, and identify new market opportunities.
